Welcome to Calmes Neck!

 

Calmes Neck is a woodland community in the northern Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. Nestled along the Shenandoah River, 70 miles west of Washington, DC, the neighborhood is comprised of over 65 properties, all on at least five acres. All properties have deeded access to the recreation area at the end of the road, with a community pool, picnic area, and a launch for canoes and kayaks. Read more about what our community offers to its residents below.
